Our Enhanced Diabetes Care Silver plan offers comprehensive coverage for medications, supplies and clinical support. Available in Florida and Tennessee. Members can pay as little as $0** for:
- Preferred insulins
- Select medications used to manage diabetes and diabetes-related conditions, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol and mental health
- Diabetic supplies, including lancets, test strips, glucometers, insulin syringes and pen needles
