New Way to Track Your Clients’ Payment Status

Keep your clients covered, and your commissions on track. A new 30/60 Day Delinquency (PDF) section in your Ambetter broker portal can easily help you see which of your clients have missed payments and are running the risk of losing their coverage.

In the 30/60 Day Delinquency section, you can view your total number of active member delinquencies, delinquencies by category and a percentage breakdown. You also have the option to download a customized Excel report.
