How to Activate Your Membership
Step 1: Access your Online Member Account
Log in to your Online Member Account or mobile app with your username and password, then access My Health Connect.
Step 2: Locate the Amazon Prime tile under Rewards and Perks to get started and complete the wellness activities
Once you locate the Amazon Prime tile, you can get started by completing the wellness activities.
Step 3: Use your activation link
After completing the activities, you’ll receive a personalized activation link within My Health Connect. Use this link to set up or connect your Prime account and follow the instructions.
Step 4: Begin using your membership
Your Prime membership will be active and ready to use.
Frequently Asked Questions
No. You can create a new account during activation or connect an existing one.
You can connect this no-cost membership to your existing account. If a member already has a Prime account, they can enroll in the program using their existing Prime email address. Their account remains unchanged, while program enrollment is applied to the current membership.
Membership duration details are available in your member portal based on your plan.
Yes. Prime allows you to share certain benefits with household members through their Amazon Household feature.

Eligibility
This program is available for one active primary member in each household. The primary Ambetter Health member can find the Amazon Prime offer in My Health Connect. Before accessing the wellness activities, members must review and accept the program Terms and Conditions. Once accepted, members can complete the required healthy activities to get started. Other household members will not see the Amazon Prime offer in My Health Connect. This offer is not currently available in CA or NY.

Restrictions apply. Members must qualify for and complete all required wellness activities to receive the Amazon Prime membership. The program is available only to eligible Ambetter Health subscribers who activate the program through the designated enrollment process. Members must complete the applicable wellness activities to qualify for up to one benefit year of program eligibility. Amazon Prime membership is provided on a month-to-month basis, subject to ongoing eligibility, active coverage, program availability, and Amazon's applicable terms and conditions. To receive the benefit in future years, members must again satisfy all applicable eligibility and wellness activity requirements for the benefit year, if the program remains available. Limited to one Amazon Prime membership per household, regardless of the number of covered members or dependents enrolled under the policy. Dependents are not eligible to receive a separate Amazon Prime membership. Subscribers must maintain active and eligible Ambetter Health coverage. Access to the program may end immediately upon termination of coverage.
Amazon Prime membership and related services are provided by Amazon and are subject to Amazon's applicable terms, conditions, and availability. Amazon may modify, suspend, or discontinue Prime membership programs at its discretion. Ambetter Health does not own, operate, or control Amazon Prime and does not endorse or guarantee any goods, services, content, or offers provided by Amazon Prime. Subscribers with an existing Amazon Prime subscription may be eligible for a refund or credit in accordance with Amazon’s applicable policies.
The program is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or substituted for cash or other consideration. Ambetter Health reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue this program, including eligibility requirements and qualifying activities at any time, subject to applicable law. Ambetter Health may also deny, revoke, or recover the program if eligibility requirements are not met or if fraudulent, misleading, or abusive activity is identified.
