Ambetter's new Enhanced Direct Enrollment (EDE) Tool is live!

If you haven’t created your account, it’s not too late! You can still create your new account and start enrolling members* for the 2020 Open Enrollment period by clicking on the link in your recently received welcome email.

Ambetter’s Enhanced Direct Enrollment Tool features:

• Quote– Get quotes on Ambetter plans that include your clients’ 2020 subsidy.
• Shopping feature– Shop available Ambetter plans to find the one that best meets you clients’ needs.
• Improved enrollment process– Clients can easily enroll and upload documents without being redirected to HealthCare.gov.
• Renewals– Easily search for or import client lists to facilitate Ambetter renewals.

IMPORTANT: Before you start your first enrollment, you need to enable the new Ambetter Enhanced Direct Enrollment Tool. Click the Enable EDE button to enable access.

Please note: Brokers will no longer have access to the Ambetter Broker Office tool after 10/31/19.

*Currently applications for child only applicants who are not applying for a subsidy are not able to be processed through the EDE platform. Brokers must work directly with healthcare.gov for these scenarios. We are working to have this functionality available as soon as possible.
