Clients can earn $50* in My Health Pays^® rewards when they get their annual wellness exam with their primary care provider (PCP). Find a PCP.

Use My Health Pays rewards for:

• Doctor copays**
• Deductibles
• Coinsurance

And for monthly bills such as:

• Utilities (gas, electric & water),
• Telecommunications (cell phone bill)
• Transportation, education and rent
