Ambetter Telehealth for virtual doctor visits

Ambetter Telehealth is convenient 24-hour access to in-network Ambetter providers for medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription by phone or video. Our providers will evaluate your client’s symptoms and contact history to assess their COVID-19 risk, and then help guide them through the next steps for care and testing, if needed. We’re also encouraging our members use telehealth visits for non-urgent health issues.

If your clients haven’t used Ambetter Telehealth before, they can visit https://member.teladoc.com/ambetter or call 1-800-835-2362 to get started. Clients will need their Ambetter Member ID card on-hand while registering.
