What do you enjoy most about the ACA, your job, Centene, etc.? I enjoy brightening up brokers' day by assisting with overwhelming issues they encounter. To top it off, I love my job because of the support system I receive from my team. The teamwork of this team is what keeps me here with the company.

What do you feel makes a great broker service experience? A great broker service experience is when a broker has been listened to entirely and answered appropriately. The goal is to ensure the broker does not have to repeat the original inquiry again to another specialist or through email to their Sales Representative. I feel a great broker service experience is ensuring they are satisfied with their first encounter to Ambetter via telephone call or email.
