Remind clients their enrollment isn't complete until they've made their 1st payment!

Your clients must make their first premium payment to complete their enrollment and begin using their 2019 Ambetter coverage. Once their enrollment is complete, they will receive their ID cards and can create their member portal to sign-up for Autopay.
If you have clients who still need to complete their enrollment, they have two secure online payment options:
Clients can find their member number on their invoice or welcome letter.
When you encourage clients to sign up for Autopay, you are helping them make on-time, monthly premium payments.
