2021 FFM Recertification Reminder

Don’t forget! You must recertify with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM) to sell Ambetter plans during the 2021 Open Enrollment period and to avoid disruption in commission payments on currently active policies. If commissions are paid to an Agency or Principle, that Agency or Principle must recertify as well.

Your NPN must appear on CMS’s 2021 certification spreadsheet.
We cannot accept a copy of your FFM certification that you receive upon completion. You must appear on the CMS 2021 certification completion spreadsheet. If you have completed the certification and do not appear on the CMS spreadsheet, please contact CMS directly.

State-based Exchanges
Arkansas: You need to complete your FFM certification and your AR state-based exchange certification.

Nevada: You need to complete your NV state-based exchange certification and provide a copy of this certification to your Sales Representative, Broker Sales Support or Agency Services. You can access NV support at https://www.nevadahealthlink.com/partners-transition/.

Pennsylvania: You need to pre-register on the PA state-based exchange and complete your PA Exchange Authority producer certification training.

Washington: You need to complete your WA state-based exchange certification and provide a copy of this certification to your Sales Representative, Broker Sales Support or Agency Services.
