Ambetter BrokerOffice simplifies your Ambetter renewals and new sales, while sending validated data directly to Healthcare.gov!

With Ambetter BrokerOffice, you can:

  • Help your clients shop for and renew marketplace coverage
  • Create customized application links for your clients to enroll with you as their broker
  • Quickly and easily compare plans, create quotes and submit marketplace enrollments

Don’t forget, in order to sell on-exchange health insurance products, you will need to add your FFM ID to your Ambetter BrokerOffice account. 

To add your FFM ID:

  • Log into Ambetter BrokerOffice
  • From the Home tab, click “Edit User Info”
  • Enter your FFM ID in the “FFM User ID” field and click “Update”

IMPORTANT NOTE:  It can take up to 30 minutes for your FFM ID to be updated. You must log out of Broker Office and wait for your FFM ID to be updated before you proceed. Quoting or enrolling prior to your FFM ID update being complete will result in a system error.

TIP: Don’t remember your user name? User names are generally “centene_” plus the email address you provided on your Ambetter appointment. (i.e. –  centene_john.smith@example.com)

You received a registration email to create your account when your appointment was approved in the system. If you missed or deleted the registration email, call Broker Services and ask them to resend the email.
