Ambetter Provider Demographics Audit

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure accurate and easy access to care for our members, Ambetter from Coordinated Care will be performing audits of our provider directories as part of our CMS requirements as a health plan. In the next few weeks, we will be contacting providers via fax and/or phone.

The purpose of the outreach is to support accurate provider directories and update other provider demographic information. Per your agreement with Coordinated Care your compliance with this initiative is required. CMS is also auditing provider directories at this time, so you may be contacted by them as well.  Please be sure to notify your office staff of this audit so that they may route inquiries appropriately.

Additionally, please remember you can update your provider profile any time via our secure provider portal located at coordinatedcarehealth.com. You may also contact Provider Services at 1-877-697-1197 during business hours to update your information.
