As an Ambetter member, you can earn rewards for taking charge of your whole health. Our My Health Pays program is a fun and easy way to earn rewards for completing healthy activities.
- Log into your Ambetter member account or create your account now.
- Click the My Health Pays Rewards banner on the home page.
- Confirm your mailing address where we should send your activation bonus.
- Start earning points to redeem for more rewards. It's that easy.
You can earn points for completing healthy activities through Challenges or Power-Ups in the My Health Pays portal within the time specified. These activities may include, but are not limited to, watching an educational video, completing a survey, or sharing achievements. In addition, you may also receive points for these activities as well: Wellbeing Survey, PCP Wellness Exam, and Flu Vaccine. Each activity may have a point value assigned to it. When you complete an activity with a point value, we will automatically add the reward points to your balance. We will add new activities and content frequently, so there will always be new chances to participate and earn points. Come back often to earn even more points!
Rewards you have already earned will remain on your My Health Pays® Visa® Prepaid Card as long as you are an Ambetter member.
As you earn points through the My Health Pays program, you can convert those points into dollars, which will load on your card. Or, you can use your points to shop at the online My Health Pays Rewards Store.
Your points will rollover year to year as long as you are an Ambetter member.
These are activities that are available on the My Health Pays® portal. Challenges help you set and reach certain goals at your own pace. Power-Ups are quick activities you can do in a shorter amount of time. Examples of activities may be: watch a video, read an article, track your progress, or take a survey. Points may be awarded for completing such activities.
You can see how many reward points you have earned by looking in the top right corner of your home page in the My Health Pays® portal. You can spend those points at any time. Your current Points Balance equals points earned minus any points you have redeemed
Use your points to shop for items online at the My Health Pays® Rewards Store. The total number of points needed to redeem each reward is displayed next to each item in the Rewards Store. You can redeem points for any reward or a combination of rewards that is equal to or below your current point balance.
Or convert your points into dollars to be applied towards a My Health Pays® Visa® Prepaid Card. Click on the My Health Pays® Visa Prepaid Card tile within the Rewards Store. Select the amount of dollars you would like added to a card. These dollars will be added to existing My Health Pays® Visa Prepaid Card within 5-7 business days. Don’t have a card? Dollars will be loaded onto a card and mailed to the address that you provide during the check-out process within 10-15 business days.
Simply add the item(s) to your “Shopping Cart” and complete the check-out process.
With points earned through activities in the My Health Pays portal or by completing healthy behaviors outside of the portal specified by the program, you can spend your points in the My Health Pays Rewards Store. Click the “Rewards” button to access the store. You can also use your points to apply dollars to your My Health Pays® Visa® Prepaid Card.
Use your My Health Pays®* Visa Prepaid Card for your healthcare-related costs‡, such as: monthly premium payments§, doctor copays∞, deductibles, and coinsurance. Or use it for your monthly bills such as: utilities, telecommunications, transportation, education, rent, or childcare.
To add dollars to your My Health Pays® Visa Prepaid Card, convert your rewards points into dollars by going to the My Health Pays Rewards Store, click on the My Health Pays® Visa Prepaid Card banner and follow the prompts.

You can go to the My Health Pays Rewards Store and click the My Health Pays® Visa Prepaid Card tile and select the dollar amount you would like to add to your existing card. Dollars will be added to your existing card within 5-7 business days.
- Activate your card and obtain/reset your PIN number by calling 1-888-514-6841.
- Check your card balance and last 5 transactions by calling the number on the back of your card: 1-866-809-1091.
- Report your card lost or stolen, dispute charges, or initiate fraud investigation, call 1-866-598-1764.

Rewards expire 90 days after termination of insurance coverage. Upon termination of your Ambetter membership, you will have 90 days to redeem your My Health Pays® points and/or use funds on your My Health Pays® Visa® Prepaid Card (if applicable). However, as long as you continue your Ambetter membership, your points will rollover year after year.
Only points can be converted into dollars to be added to your My Health Pays® Visa® Prepaid Card. Once you decide to convert your points into dollars, they cannot be converted back into points.
Your health plan is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to all members. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Call Member Services and we will work with you (and, if you wish, with your doctor) to find a wellness program that offers the same reward and is right for you in light of your health status.
