My Health Pays® Rewards Program

You love making healthy choices. We love paying you for it.

My Health Pays® is a rewards program available to all Ambetter Health members. It rewards you for healthy activities, such as completing your annual wellness visit or an online challenge. Earn points every time you complete an activity and spend them on healthcare-related costs or monthly bills.

Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3!

You can start earning rewards as soon as your coverage starts. Complete these three steps:

  1. Log into your Online Member Account.
  2. Accept the My Health Pays terms and conditions.  
  3. Complete the first My Health Pays challenge to earn your first reward!

Complete healthy activities and earn rewards

The more qualifying activities you complete, the more rewards you will get! Earn rewards by:

  • Completing well visits
  • Getting qualifying health screenings
  • Taking part in online challenges and power-ups
  • Watching educational videos

Spend rewards on your daily needs and wellness

Use/Redeem your My Health Pays® dollar rewards for:

  • Monthly premium payments, doctor copays*, deductibles, coinsurance
  • Your monthly bills
  • Healthcare costs
  • Utilities (gas, electric, water)
  • Telecommunications (cell phone bill)
  • Rent
  • Transportation, education, rent, childcare*

Healthcare-related costs will vary by member and the plan in which you are enrolled.

Your health plan is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to all members. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Contact your Ambetter Health plan and we will work with you (and, if you wish, with your doctor) to find a wellness program with the same reward that is right for you in light of your health status. 

My Health Pays® rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays.

You will only be able to purchase public transportation directly from the agency either in-person or online. Passes cannot be purchased through retail locations such as grocery or convenience stores. 

GA: My Health Pays® rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays, except at Walmart. Rewards may not be used to buy alcohol, tobacco, or firearms products.

AZ, NV: Rewards cannot be used to pay premiums.

IA: My Health Pays® rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays except at Hy-Vee.
