Encourage your clients to take charge of their health and earn My Health Pays™ rewards. They can earn $75 in rewards by visiting their primary care provider (PCP) and completing their annual wellness exam.

By seeing their PCP at least once a year, your clients take an active role in managing their health. And their wellness exam is preventive care, so it’s covered by their Ambetter plan.

Your clients can search for their PCP by using the Find A Provider online search tool, which helps them find in-network providers, hospitals, walk-in-clinics, pharmacies, specialists and more. We’ve made it easy for your clients to use this helpful tool by adding a downloadable guide (PDF) with step-by-step instructions.

Remind your clients that the My Health Pays™ rewards program helps them save money. When members earn reward dollars, thay can use those to help pay for their monthly premiums, deductibles and doctor copays.*
