Have you recertified with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace yet?

Remember, Ambetter brokers can avoid any disruption in commission payments on currently active policies by completing recertification with the Federally Facilitated Marketplace (FFM). 

Appointed Ambetter brokers*, as well as any Agency or Principle, must recertify in order to receive Ambetter commissions

Your NPN must appear on CMS’s 2019 certification spreadsheet. We cannot accept copies of the FFM certification you receive upon completion. If you’ve completed the certification and you do not appear on the CMS spreadsheet, please contact CMS directly.

If you are in Washington state or Arkansas, be sure to follow the state’s recertification requirements. For Washington, complete your state-based exchange certification and provide a copy of it to your sales representative, broker services, or agency services. For Arkansas, you’ll need certifications for the FFM and your state-based exchange.
