Keep members informed and excited about earning My Health Pays™ rewards*.

Our My Health Pays™ rewards program is a unique way to help members earn and redeem reward dollars when they are proactive with their preventive care. Unlike other health plans, members earn reward dollars instead of points.                                            

Our members earn rewards by completing these activities:

• Taking the 2018 Wellbeing Survey within the first 90 days of their policy effective date
• Having a yearly wellness exam with their PCP
• Getting a flu shot in the fall between 9/1 and 12/31

Members are also encouraged to participate in wellness activities. Based on their health plan, members can either go to the gym, track physical activities with an online Lifestyle Manager or complete a personalized health program with our On.Target program.

Dollar rewards are available to use within several weeks after members complete these activities. Members can then use their rewards card like a debit card to save on health-related costs. Since their rewards never expire, members can keep earning and using them as long as they are Ambetter members.

You can help your clients stay updated about our My Health Pays™ rewards program with quick reminders throughout the year. Their online member account provides their rewards balance, the Wellbeing Survey and other program details.
