There's more My Health Pays rewards to earn!

Clients can earn rewards when they get their annual flu shot this fall. Annual flu shots must be received from September 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 to earn My Health Pays® rewards.

Rewards can be used to pay for health-related costs such as doctor copays*, deductibles and coinsurance.

*My Health Pays rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays.

Funds expire 90 days after termination of insurance coverage.

Your health plan is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to all members. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means.
