What makes a successful Ambetter broker? Obviously production is a huge definition of a successful Ambetter Agent, but the relationships they create with their members maintain that success. It is easy to know why some are more successful than others and can generally be gauged by the Sales Rep and Agent relationship.

What do you enjoy most about the ACA, your job, Centene, etc.? I enjoy the relationship building. Being able to build a productive territory takes buy-in from the agent base. If you build the relationships with them, they want to sell for you. Centene provides the opportunity to offer strong products and great networks that allow the relationship building to have a head start. Oftentimes, agents come to us for the Ambetter products, we get to jump in and supercharge it as Sales Reps from there.

What makes FD Insurance Agency a great Ambetter partner? I don't have an agency that cares more about their members than Sarah and Frank. They are truly two of the nicest people I've ever met and that permeates their entire office and the way they conduct business. They also believe in building deep relationships in their community and with their members. They are amazing to work with.
