Inform clients that their ID cards will arrive by mail!

Once we have received their first premium payment, we will send your clients the Ambetter Welcome Packet and Member ID card. Ask them to carefully review the information on their card for accuracy and then put it in their wallet. It’s important that they keep their ID card with them at all times.

If a client contacts you about a lost or misplaced card, they can easily print a temporary ID card from their online member account. This is also a good reminder for your clients to set up their online member account, so they always have ready access to their Ambetter health plan information.
