What do you enjoy most about the ACA, your job, Centene, etc.? I enjoy and appreciate the support of the team. Having this support and working with each other helps us offer creative feedback and helps us keep our focus with providing a smooth process for our brokers.

What do you feel makes a great broker service experience? A great broker service experience is being able to assist the broker with an issue, resolving it, and hearing the appreciation/relief they have when a solution is provided.
