Use My Health Pays® Rewards to Pay for Healthcare Expenses

Encourage clients to start earning today!

My Health Pays® rewards can be used to help pay monthly premium payments and other healthcare-related costs such as doctor copays, deductibles or coinsurance.*

There are many ways to earn with our My Health Pays program. When clients complete healthy activities, such as eating right, moving more, saving smart and living well, they can earn reward points!

Other activities that earn rewards:

• Completing their Ambetter Wellbeing Survey**
• Getting their annual wellness exam with their primary care provider (PCP)

The more activities your clients complete, the more rewards they will earn.

*My Health Pays rewards cannot be used for monthly premium payments in AZ and NV; Rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays.

**Some restrictions apply depending on your age and will limit your ability to complete certain My Health Pays activities. Members must be 18 years of age or older to complete the online Wellbeing Survey. Members under the age of 18, must have a parent or legal guardian complete the Wellbeing Survey on their behalf. Please contact Member Services with any questions you have regarding completion of the Wellbeing Survey for members under the age of 18.

Funds expire immediately upon termination of insurance coverage.
