Ambetter Member ID Cards

Remind clients to always have their Ambetter Member ID cards wherever they go. If a client misplaces or loses their ID card, they can log into their Member Portal to access their digital ID card, print a temporary ID card or request a replacement.

You also have the ability to send clients Member ID cards if they don’t have online access. From the Policies page in your broker portal, click on a policy number and then click the Order ID Cards button in the Member’s Family section.
