What makes a successful Ambetter broker? I love my team. I also love that every day brings new challenges and learning opportunities. It feels good to be able to assist others to work through some challenges they are having to resolution.

What do you enjoy most about the ACA, your job, Centene, etc.? Clear understanding about what is needed from our brokers along with clear communication from Broker Sales Support with our response. Furthermore, when additional steps are needed with Ambetter, clear communication about the steps and time frame for the response is needed and then the associated follow-up to resolution.
