Action Required: Rejected Ambetter Claims

We would like to apologize for a technical error that caused all Ambetter claims that were submitted on September 12 and 13, 2016 to be rejected.
In order to process these claims, all claims sent in on these dates need to be resubmitted. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working diligently with our teams to ensure this does not happen again.
