Sunflower Power Hour - 2025 Quarter 4 Provider Training Events

Join an upcoming training session hosted by Sunflower Health Plan.

We are providing a list of training sessions for the entire quarter to give you time to fit these sessions into your busy schedules, these sessions are open to all providers and your staff. Pre-registration is required to attend the session(s) unless otherwise noted:

Sunflower Office Hours sessions are open for any Ambetter, Medicaid & Wellcare by Allwell providers. Office Hours is an open forum for providers to get guidance navigating the KMAP or Sunflower websites or our Secure Provider Portal. We cannot discuss claims, members or provider specific information since the session is open to any provider.

All Providers:

Office Hours – (registration not required) Tuesdays 8:30 AM to 9 AM Sunflower Office Hours

  • October 14, 2025
  • There will not be an Office Hours session on October 28, 2025, as it conflicts with the Q4 All MCO Training.
  • There will not be an Office Hours session on November 11, 2025, as Sunflower will be closed in observance of Veteran’s Day.
  • November 25, 2025
  • December 9, 2025 – last session of the year

Virtual Session Reminders:

  • After registering, you will be given the opportunity to save the session to your calendar of choice. You will also receive an email registration confirmation and reminder(s) to attend the session. When it is time for the session, you will select "Join Meeting". The link is unique to you, so please do not share your link with others. If others wish to attend, please send them the above registration links.
  • Technical details: To participate in the session, you will need a computer, tablet or smartphone. You will need speakers to hear the discussion and content for the session. There will be no video of attendees. Additionally, audio of attendees will be muted during the session. If you join the session prior to the start time (recommended), you will receive a notice indicating you are waiting for the host. This feature allows those supporting the session to prepare behind the scenes. When we are ready, we broadcast to providers.
  • Please be prepared to virtually participate during the session using chat, raise your hand and polls.
