Important 2027 Update to Ambetter Health's Florida Value Plan

Ambetter Health is notifying providers of an upcoming change to the Florida Value plan for the 2027 plan year. The Florida Value plan will not be renewed for 2027 and will no longer be offered beginning January 1, 2027.

Ambetter Health Continues to Serve Florida in 2027

This is a plan-specific change only. Ambetter Health is not leaving Florida or the Florida Marketplace and will continue offering coverage through other plan options.

What Providers Need to Know

• This change applies only to the Florida Value plan and should not be interpreted as an Ambetter Health market exit.
• Ambetter Health will continue offering Marketplace coverage in Florida through other plan options.
• There will be no changes to your Participating Provider Agreement (Agreement) as a result of this notice.
• Impacted members will receive renewal information explaining their 2027 coverage options and any actions needed to keep coverage active.
• Providers should continue to verify member eligibility, benefits, and network participation before providing services.

Supporting Impacted Members

If a member asks about the change, clarify that the Florida Value plan is not being renewed for 2027, but Ambetter Health will continue to offer other coverage options in Florida. Members should review their renewal materials carefully. The member notice directs impacted members to make their January premium payment by January 15, 2027, to keep coverage under the replacement option.
