Support for Ambetter from Coordinated Care Corporation Members Affected by Washington Wildfires
Date: 08/03/26
If you are an Ambetter Health member impacted by the recent wildfires in Washington, support is available to help you during this time.
During this state of emergency, Ambetter Health will not cancel coverage for missed premium payments for members impacted by the wildfires. These protections are currently available through September 30, 2026.
Please note: This relief does not mean premiums are forgiven. Any past-due premiums may still be owed once the emergency period ends.
Here’s how we can help:
Getting Your Prescriptions
If you need help accessing your medications or need to request an early refill of your prescription during the declared emergency, call Member Services at 1-877-687-1197 (TTY 711). We can help you understand your options and connect you with resources to help you get the medications you need.
Get Nurse Advice or Crisis Help Anytime

Getting Non-Emergency Care
We know that health care providers in your area may also be affected. During this time, getting care in your doctor’s office may not be an option.
