Ambetter from Superior HealthPlan was made aware of an error not allowing some Value PCP’s to create a referral through the Secure Provider Portal. The issue that was blocking referral entries has been resolved this morning, and providers are now able to enter referrals.
If you continue to experience issues, please notify your Account Manager as soon as possible.
