Update: Fax Number for Ambetter Pharmacy Benefit Prior Authorization Requests

As a reminder, Superior is working with our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), Envolve Pharmacy Solutions, to streamline the prior authorization process to ensure members have drug authorization request(s) reviewed timely and efficiently.

Superior previously notified providers that Ambetter will be moving to a new fax number for pharmacy prior authorization requests on April 26^th, 2022. This implementation has been delayed, and Superior will notify providers when the new effective date is available.
