Effective June 1, 2025: Ambetter Telehealth Update

Effective June 1, 2025, the following modifications to the Ambetter Health fee schedule has been implemented:

  • Telehealth Modifier 95 will be priced at facility rates to align with all other telehealth pricing – Place of Service 11 only.
