Effective June 15, 2021: Clinical Payment Policy - Drugs of Abuse: Presumptive Testing

Superior HealthPlan presents a new clinical payment policy to communicate the reimbursement criteria for presumptive testing for drugs of abuse. As a result, the following policy has been added:
