Ambetter of Tennessee Maternal Health Incentive

Ambetter of Tennessee is offering a member incentive aimed at improving maternal health outcomes while also providing you with gift cards in your pocket at the same time! The incentive is being offered to encourage timely completion of Notification of Pregnancy (NOP) forms. NOP completion helps Ambetter of Tennessee identify pregnant members who might be at increased risk for things like preterm delivery, psychosocial issues or other conditions that may complicate the course of pregnancy. That’s why completing the NOP soon after the pregnancy is confirmed is so important. Pregnant members are eligible to receive a $50 Walmart gift card for the following:

• 50$ gift card upon completion of Notification of Pregnancy (NOP). This will start January 1st through December 31st, 2024 and will not be retroactively applied.
