Nurse Advice Line
We make it possible for you to talk to a registered nurse at any time—24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call us at 1-833-492-0679 (TTY 711).
Our nurse advice line helps you and your family receive the care you need, when you need it. It’s staffed with experienced nurses who are ready and eager to help you.
You can call our nurse advice line with all of your health questions and concerns, such as:
- “I went to the doctor. Now I have a follow-up question.”
- “I’m pregnant and am having stomach pains. What should I do?”
- “My son has a fever. Do I need to go to the ER?”
Sometimes, you may not be sure if you need to go to the emergency room. But you can always call our nurse advice line first. They’ll be able to help you decide if you have a real emergency and need care right away.
