In October, you will receive your renewal plan letter for open enrollment. During this time you will be able to make plan updates for 2024.

To find a new provider, please use the Ambetter Guide to search our Bronze/Silver/Gold 2023 network. 

No, you are still on our Ambetter Virtual Access Plan, since Babylon is no longer available you will now have access to providers on our Bronze/Silver/Gold 2023 network.

No, a referral is not required.

This guide will have the most up-to-date information about our provider network, including details such as name, address, telephone numbers, hours of operation, professional qualifications, specialty, and board certification. It can help you find a primary care provider (PCP), pharmacy, lab, hospital or specialist. You can narrow your search by:

  • Provider specialty
  • ZIP code
  • Gender
  • Languages spoken

Find an Ambetter in-network provider with the Ambetter Guide. It’s important to understand that Ambetter plans have their own provider network and here is how to search the network using the Ambetter Guide:

  1. Go to guide.ambetterhealth.com to begin an in-network provider search
  2. Search for an in-network provider in your area, click "Your home state"
  3. Select your state, coverage year, and county from the drop-down menus then click "Continue"
  4. Choose the "Bronze/Silver/Gold 2023" network then click "Start browsing"
  5. View a list of in-network providers, select a provider type and a city, county or zip code then click "Search"
