Support for Ambetter from Western Sky Community Care Members Impacted by Recent South Fork & Salt Fires

Ambetter from Western Sky Community Care members located Lincoln County and the Mescalero Apache Reservation affected by the Salt and South Fork fires, please know there are services available to help you.
Effective June 18, 2024, Ambetter from Western Sky Community Care is suspending policy cancellations and non-renewals for 120 days due to unpaid premiums.
- You must reside in one of the fire impacted areas to be eligible
- Contact Member Services at 1-833-945-2029 (TTY 711) for more information
Call Member Services 1-833-945-2029 (TTY 711) if you need:
- An emergency prescription refill
- To replace necessary medical equipment, services, or supplies
- Assistance with co-pays, cost sharing and/or deductibles due to hardship related to the fires
- Learn more about the help available to assist with referrals, eligibility, and prior authorization requirements for medically necessary services
- Get a new copy of your Ambetter from Western Sky Community Care Member ID card
- Speak with a registered nurse, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
