Ambetter Health is pleased to share that we will be transitioning from Optum to 6 Degrees Health for our outlier claim reviews (inpatient itemized bills).

These reviews will transition to 6 Degrees Health on July 21, 2025. Our intent is to support a seamless transition for providers and reflects our committed efforts to make it easier to do business with Ambetter Health.

6 Degrees Health offers providers the ability to submit records via mail, fax or electronically (by secure email). You will begin seeing record request correspondence from 6 Degrees Heath as of the July 21, 2025, implementation date.
