My Health Pays® Rewards Program
Earn up to $500* in rewards for healthy choices you are already making with Ambetter Health.
You love making healthy choices. We love paying you for it.
My Health Pays® is a rewards program available to all Ambetter Health members. It rewards you for healthy activities, such as completing your annual wellness visit or an online challenge. Earn points every time you complete an activity and spend them on healthcare-related costs or monthly bills.
Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
You can start earning rewards as soon as your coverage starts. Complete these three steps:
- Log into your Online Member Account.
- Accept the My Health Pays terms and conditions.
- Complete the first My Health Pays challenge to earn your first reward!
Complete healthy activities and earn rewards
The more qualifying activities you complete, the more rewards you will get! Earn rewards by:
- Completing well visits
- Getting qualifying health screenings
- Taking part in online challenges and power-ups
- Watching educational videos
You can view the full list of qualifying activities and your rewards balance in your Online Member Account.
Spend rewards on your daily needs and wellness
Use/Redeem your My Health Pays® dollar rewards for:
- Monthly premium payments, doctor copays*, deductibles, coinsurance
- Your monthly bills
- Healthcare costs
- Utilities (gas, electric, water)
- Telecommunications (cell phone bill)
- Rent
- Transportation, education, rent, childcare*
You may also redeem your rewards at the My Health Pays Online Rewards store!

*Healthcare-related costs will vary by member and the plan in which you are enrolled. Funds expire immediately upon termination of insurance coverage. My Health Pays® rewards cannot be used for pharmacy copays.

Your health plan is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to all members. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Contact us at 1-877-687-1187 (Relay 711) and we will work with you (and, if you wish, with your doctor) to find a wellness program with the same reward that is right for you in light of your health status.
Some restrictions apply depending on your age and will limit your ability to complete certain My Health Pays activities. Members must be 18 years of age or older to complete the online Wellbeing Survey. Members under the age of 18, must have a parent or legal guardian complete the Wellbeing Survey on their behalf. Please contact Member Services with any questions you have regarding completion of the Wellbeing Survey for members under the age of 18.
You will only be able to purchase public transportation directly from the agency either in-person or online. Passes can not be purchased through retail locations such as grocery or convenience stores.
