Support for Ambetter from WellCare of Kentucky Members Affected by Recent Tornadoes

If you are an Ambetter from WellCare of Kentucky member in Laurel, Pulaski, Russell or Clay counties and were impacted by the May 2025 tornadoes and severe storms, we want you to know that support is available to help you during this time.
Effective May 20, 2025, Ambetter from WellCare of Kentucky is temporarily suspending policy cancellations and non-renewals due to unpaid premiums until June 17, 2025. This temporary suspension is not automatic. To request this relief, you must:
- Contact Member Services at 1-833-705-2175 (TTY 711)
- Confirm that you are facing hardship from the tornadoes or severe storms that occurred May 16-17, 2025
