Make sure you have the Authorization & Referral Request role and the Authorization & Referral Inquiry role. Contact your Availity administrator if you need access.

What’s New

The Concurrent Review / Continued Stay feature lets you upload additional clinical documentation directly in Availity to support ongoing inpatient authorizations that meet criteria—no extra calls or faxes needed.
