A Message for all participating Ambetter providers. Please share with your claims team.
Ambetter from Sunflower Health Plan would like to remind our valued providers of the following:
- Any claims documentation received outside of the addresses below will not be processed and will be returned to the provider.
- No documentation should be submitted to any other address except for those listed below. Claims documentation submitted to a Sunflower’s administrative office in Lenexa, Wichita or Topeka will be returned to the provider.
