Ambetter of Illinois (Ambetter) has an updated fax number for buy and bill medications. Beginning April 8, please use this fax number and update your systems: Buy & Bill Drugs: 833-893-1479.

The attached and linked Ambetter outpatient authorization form (PDF) has been updated to reflect this new information.

No changes were made for requests submitted through the Ambetter secure provider portal.
