Replace Medicines, Medical Equipment, or ID Cards
If you lost your medicine, medical equipment, or Member ID card because of Hurricane Helene, we can help you get replacements. Call Member Services at 1-877-687-1180 (TTY 1-877-941-9231), Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST for fast help.
Get Nurse Advice or Crisis Help Anytime
We know storms can be stressful. Our Nurse Advice and Crisis Line is available 24/7, and it's FREE. You can call 1-877-687-1180 (TTY 1-877-941-9231) anytime, day or night for help with:
- Medical questions or finding urgent care.
- Crisis support or help finding mental health care.
We also have help in other languages.
Getting Non-Emergency Care
We know that health care providers in your area may also be affected by the storm. During the recovery period, getting care in your doctor’s office may not be an option.
