Updated Payment Policy | Effective *March 15, 2020
Thank you for your continued partnership with Peach State Health Plan. As you know, we continually review and update our payment and utilization policies to ensure that they are designed to comply with industry standards while delivering the best patient experience to our members. We are writing today to inform you that the below policy has been revised and there is one revision that will make the policy more restrictive that it previously had been. Peach State Health Plan will be implementing effective *March 15, 2020.

| In Office Lab Testing List | The purpose of this policy is to define payment criteria for in-office laboratory procedures to be used in making payment decisions and administering benefits.
