Our members receive their Ambetter Member ID card and Welcome Packet after we receive their first premium payment. We urge members to always have their cards wherever they go.
If members misplace or lose their card, they can log in to their online member account to print temporary ID cards and request replacement cards. They can also find detailed information inside their member handbook.
