Healthcare-related costs will vary by member and the plan in which you are enrolled. Funds expire immediately upon termination of insurance coverage. My Health Pays® rewards can be used for pharmacy cost share at Hy-Vee* and Walmart and at a mail order pharmacy (currently Express Scripts). *Hy-Vee is currently available in select states.
