Hospital Verification of Patient Safety Standards for QHP Issuers

As a reminder, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services requires all network hospitals with more than 50 beds participating in a Qualified Health Plan (QHP) network to meet patient safety and quality improvement requirements pursuant to 45 CFR § 156.1110. Ambetter Health of Delaware will be sending out an attestation to be completed by a representative of each network hospital confirming compliance with this requirement.
