Make Healthy Choices and Earn Rewards with My Health Pays^®

Beginning January 1, 2026, you can earn up to $572* per calendar year with our My Health Pays^® rewards program. A program that pays you for the healthy decisions you’re most likely already making each and every day.

Or earn up to 5,720* points to redeem at the My Health Pays Online Rewards Store.
 

The only thing you need to do is log in to your Ambetter account and activate My Health Pays. That's it! Then, you can start earning rewards every time you complete an activity.

Healthy choices to redeem your rewards

You may qualify to earn up to $200 worth of rewards for getting preventive screenings or tests you regularly do.**

You could be rewarded for getting a colorectal cancer screening (ages 50+), blood pressure or diabetes HbA1C screening (ages 18-49), or eligible childhood immunizations (ages 0-17).**

After you activate your account and start earning points, you can convert them into money to help you cover monthly bills such as:***
