How to Get Started with Your Plan
Make Your First Payment
The easiest time to make your first payment is when you enroll. If you’ve already made your first payment, great! If not, here are your premium payment options.
Payment Options:
- Quick Pay – easily pay without logging in.
- Set up Auto Pay – ensure your premium always paid.
- Pay online through your Online Member Account.
- Pay through the Ambetter from Arizona Complete Health Mobile app.
- Pay by phone. Look for the Member Services number on the back of your ID card.
- Pay by mail or MoneyGram® - information can be found on your invoice or in your Online Member Account.
Activate Your Online Member Account

Download Your Digital Member ID
You can access your Digital Member ID Card under “coverage” in your Online Member Account. Your digital card is available online between 24 and 48 hours after your insurance is active.
Your Digital Member ID Card is also available in the Ambetter from Arizona Complete Health mobile app.
Your printed ID Card will be included in your Welcome Packet.

Understanding Plan Types
This overview is meant to help you understand the plan you have today. Ambetter from Arizona Complete Health offers several types of health plans, which can include different metal levels (Bronze, Silver, and Gold). It may also help you think about what types of plans could meet your needs during a future Open Enrollment period.
Premier
Premier plans feature Ambetter from Arizona Complete Health’s broadest network of healthcare providers and hospitals. This gives you more options to choose from when you need care. With this plan, you choose your Primary Care Physician and you don’t need referrals to see a specialist.
Ambetter Health Solutions
Solutions plans are plans designed for Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangements (ICHRAs). A variety of plan options and features enable employees to pick the health plan that’s right for them, with financial support from their employer.
