Support for Ambetter from Arkansas Health & Wellness Members Impacted by Recent Tornadoes

Ambetter from Arkansas Health & Wellness members located in northwest and north central Arkansas counties which were affected by the May 2024 tornadoes, please know there are services available to help you.
Effective May 26, 2024, Ambetter from Arkansas Health & Wellness is suspending policy cancellations and non-renewals for 60 days due to unpaid premiums. The suspension is not automatic, to be considered eligible you must:
- Contact Member Services at 1-877-617-0390 (TTY 1-877-617-0392) to request this suspension.
- Have suffered significant property damage, injuries, or related loss of life as a result of the severe storms occurring between May 24, 2024, through May 26, 2024
Call Member Services 1-877-617-0390 (TTY 1-877-617-0392) if you need to:
- Get an emergency prescription refill.
- Replace necessary medical equipment, services, or supplies.
- Get a new copy of your Ambetter from Arkansas Health & Wellness Member ID card.
- Speak with a registered nurse, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Find a doctor in your area.
- Get help dealing with stress or depression.
