Support for Ambetter from Arkansas Health & Wellness Members Impacted by Recent Tornadoes

Ambetter from Arkansas Health & Wellness members located in Arkansas counties affected by the March 2025 tornadoes and severe storms—please know that services and support are available to help you.
Effective March 15, 2025, Ambetter from Arkansas Health & Wellness is temporarily suspending policy cancellations and non-renewals due to unpaid premiums for 60 days. This temporary suspension is not automatic. To qualify, you must:
- Contact Member Services at 1-877-617-0390 (TTY 1-877-617-0392) to request the suspension.
- Confirm significant property damage, injury, or loss of life related to the tornadoes or severe storms that occurred on or about March 14, 2025.

- Emergency prescription refills
- Replacing medical equipment, services, or supplies
- Requesting a new Member ID card
- Speaking with a registered nurse (available 24/7)
